FRANKIE’S FAVOURITE EATERIES

Pubbelly sushi was my fave of the week. 

We went to the location in Miami which is the one we normally hit. I can tell you that my entire plan revolved around having the fried rice but I always forget, their “best” dish is the crab sushi, it’s insane. Flaky light pieces wrapped with a nice sauce to dip it in. I guarantee if you’ve got a group of people , you will want another roll so order two if you’re a group of 4. 

The prices are a bit steep and they don’t have cocktails but in my opinion, if you can get a seat outside on a nice night you’re in for a great upgraded and innovative sushi experience. 

I love it and it has been a staple of ours for years.

I love the idea of owning a small business and having it pay the rent for your building. Having said that, here is a great little building in an area that is still up and coming with a huge trendy factor “Queen West”. You have to remember that with commercial properties you need to have a lot more down payment. But, if you have a few extra dollars, I like this store and apartment.
