What is the coolest restaurant I’ve ever been to? 

Here goes… without a doubt, Delilah - that’s the Vegas location. I’ve also been to the one in Hollywood and Miami, but overall I would say that the Vegas location is the prettiest and fanciest. 

You walk into the resto on the upper level, into a very sexy bar (no photos please), where you grab a cocktail and mingle. After that, they bring you down to the most amazing room with 30 to 50 tables, depending on seating that night, and you are wowed the whole way down the stairs. The place is gorgeous and looks like the most triumphantly incredible haute brasserie of all time!

The night I went there I saw Chuck Lidell to my left so we chatted and he put me in a headlock, I’ve got the video btw, and we sat at an enormous table. Behind us was an incredible stage with an Amy Winehouse like singer pumping out 50esque tunes.

The room screams of haute steakhouse food, 50s opulence and flair and service that is next to none. I hope we find you some pictures to go along with this review because it’s beautiful and delicious. 

The food is dynamite. 

Next to our table was seated the famous David Foster, I reminded him that the last time I saw him he said I’d never make it past 10 years of marriage, and I have, so…there you go David. That’s the type of crowd that goes there. Don’t forget Mr. Visa and Mrs. Amex for this one,

REAL ESTATE SPOTLIGHT

When it comes to Miami Beach, this is my favourite building by far. How many times have I kicked myself for not buying here years ago? It’s out of reach now and this unit I’m showing you was always out of reach, but it’s a stunner. 

The Continuum building is at the bottom of South Beach, just next to where they are putting in the new Catch resto. The building has all the amenities, tennis court, awesome pools, beach club, and a great outdoor restaurant serving fabulous food. I’ve got a few friends that live there so, I’ve eaten there. Great fish ;)

It’s at the bottom of south beach and it’s my favourite location by far. I’m 25 street north and still happy, but this is the BEST.
