The great debate! Who has the best burger? 

Toronto has so many local burger joints, you can name one and go to a new spot in every corner of the city. I'm not here to bash one or proclaim that one is that much better than another, we are so lucky and have plenty to choose from but today, I'm focusing on a higher level ;)

Ozzy's Burger. 

Everything is high level there and Ozzy loves to tell you that. Tucked in on a side street, Ozzy has some of the best burgers in the city and some really authentic flavours, I have to say. Ozzy welcomes everyone like a king and trust me when I say his burgers AND fries are great. 

I've had lamb burgers, plant burgers, portobello burgers, and regular burgers and they are all great. Ozzy loves when I show up and he gives me everything to try because he knows I love to throw it on the Instagram, but also because he sees my eyes when the food comes out. 

Here's the truth, not only are his burgers great but so are the huge portions of fries, gravy, and chicken tenders. I know he has several locations, but if you find yourself in the Kensington market, this one is a great stop. 

Goo Ozzy, you are on a higher level !

100 WEEKS OF POSITIVE MESSAGES

Frankie did 100 days of positive messages 3 years ago. He wanted to center them around mental health and positivity. We will post them each week for 100 weeks.

“I cry at least once a week and I love it.

I can remember the first time I cried after two years. I was so happy to cry. My emotions had finally come back.

In many respects men are far more emotional than women.

Please don’t be fooled by idiotic men like Tate and Trump who try to sensationalize their views to get votes or views.

Most men that I know are extremely respectful and care about their friends, their wives, their moms, their children, their work, their communities, the world, and most are not the racist, chauvinistic, and heartless demons the world makes them out to be.

The guys I know care deeply about being great dads and good members of society.

It is no secret that men commit suicide 3 times more often than women.

Men get sad, big time.

Women tend to be better at chatting and talking about their feelings than men do.

This is for the guys. If you see one of your buddies struggling, ask them to go for a walk.

After that walk, call them the week after and ask them to go again.

Follow up with them.

Your call can change a buddies life.

Ask open ended questions and let your friends talk.

Don’t give answers and solutions immediately in the way men always try to do.

Listen and be a friend.
