The Park Hyatt has been redone. The reno was done many years ago but I had the pleasure of a lunch there this week. The restaurant downstairs is called Joni. I had a long lunch there. They had a prix fix menu but I was tempted to have all the starters instead, a caesar salad, steak tarter on a potato-ish thingy, and a cauliflower soup.

The Park Hyatt has been redone.
The reno was done many years ago but I had the pleasure of a lunch there this week.
The restaurant downstairs is called Joni. I had a long lunch there. They had a prix fix menu but I was tempted to have all the starters instead, a caesar salad, steak tarter on a potato-ish thingy, and a cauliflower soup.
I had the tartare, my friend had the soup and the brussel sprouts, and my other friend had chicken fingers with fries and Ice Cream after (he's 75 years old - not a 12 year old 😉 ).
The food was great. I don't know if you know but their upstairs bar has been redone as well, it's cozy with an amazing view of the city.
So many people forget that these hotels in the great cities of the world have great restaurants and they are yours to enjoy as well, not just for the guests of the hotel.
The valet parking was a touch on the expensive side, but my "friend" got the lunch :)
