FRANKIE’S FAVOURITE EATERIES

Le Cafe Du Commerce - Paris, France

While living in Paris for a few years Brianna and I made it a habit to try what we thought were typical Parisian restaurants. One day just a little hop skip and a jump from our apartment was this cute little sign for Cafe Du Commerce (the street is Commerce). When you walk in you have that instantaneous feeling that oysters will be shucked at some point, the waiters will be a touch rude, and the steak frites will be perfect. Well, that's exactly what happens. I know this restaurant is still there as I've walked by it recently and I'm sure the typical French fare is still being made there. It's super cute with three floors and the middle is wide open giving it a grand feeling and balcony seating. This one is not to be missed. I have a photo taken of Brianna there while eating some crème brûlée- let me see if I can find it .

The Zero Click Internet: What It Means for the Future

The internet is undergoing one of its biggest changes yet, evolving into what’s being called the Zero Click Internet. This new landscape means that soon, clicking on links to access content could be a thing of the past. It might sound far-fetched, but in many ways, we’re already living it.

Think about it: platforms like Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) no longer prioritize posts with links, encouraging users to keep content directly on the platform instead. Add in the rise of generative AI, and platforms are more eager than ever to serve up answers and content right where you are, without you needing to click away. Google has been doing this for a while, displaying quick answers right in search results, and they’re only getting better at it.

What does this mean for the internet as we know it? Websites could become less relevant, and industries like digital publishing, SEO, and even web hosting might see big shifts—or even disappear entirely. Imagine a world where most of your online time is spent within a few major platforms like Google or TikTok, with information at your fingertips but rarely from the websites you’re used to.

It’s not all doom and gloom, though. While this change could spell the end for some businesses, it also creates opportunities for those willing to adapt. But for users, this new era will certainly change how we discover, consume, and interact with information online. The Zero Click Internet is here, and it’s reshaping the digital landscape—let’s see where it takes us!

REAL ESTATE SPOTLIGHT

36 Betrmount Avenue ~ $899,000

Where will you find something for 899 $ - no chance it's going for this price but I have to say. There are a lot of pluses to this little cutie in Leslieville, a part of the city that I love.

148 Booth Avenue ~ $1,399,000

Here is another listing that I like in Leslieville.

Villa - St. Tropez

Also, check out this Villa my friend is selling in St Tropez. Ain't she a beauty? Come to think of it, some high end real estate guys are asking me to join their teams in some capacity. Let's see where SFD lands...  I'm probably good for a little promo and video work, no? Check it out below!
